March 30th - Updaate!

Hi Guuys! (*ノωノ)
I apologise for the lack of updates, I have a partial excuse of no wifi on the tour sometimes, and then tiredness but it's not like I wasn't on the computer, but I aim to be back!!! Muhahaha ... ha?

Today I was planning on going to Ginza but instead I decided just to have a simple day at Akihabara ... I'm not sure why. I guess because I got up late and spent a while showering and I have a Skype date soon so I figured something closer would make more sense
(^ω^)

I'd heard about a place where you could buy old used games and games consoles in Akiba so I went on a search for スーパーポタイト (Suupaa Potato/Super Potato) I wanted to find a Gameboy colour Pokemon for a present but they didn't have one in sight, and then I realised that even if they did it would probably be super expensive. I apologise Joel!!!! I have failed you
o(╥﹏╥)o Please forgive me!!!! Got some pictures of the shop though!

There's also a short video which I'll upload soon. Recently I've gotten quite a few clips of places, so I might make a 'clips from around Japan' video then start my proper videos again ^-^

I've recently started reading a new manga on the internet called 電撃デイシー (Dengeki Daisy) for the evenings in the Hostel and absolutely feel in love with it so I also went to buy the first book and the first book for 妖狐×僕SS (Inu Boku Shīkuretto Sābisu).

(The manga on the right (Inu X Boku SS) May look like a bit dirty but that's just the front cover, honest mum! *Shifty Eyes!*)

Thus my weakness for Japanese manga grows! My book collection this far.

From top to bottom is Inu X Boku SS 1, Dengeki Daisy 1, Skip Beat 30 then 1, Bokura Ga Ita 1, a Japanese Manga Magazine called Hana to Yume and a Howls Moving Castle book manga style! Coming to just over 4530 (roughly £35)  hehe ... whoops! (⌒_⌒;)

But my theory is this if you listened to all of an artists music over and over again on the internet, you'd feel inclined to buy their album to give them some of the money, even though you have access to it anyway ... and it may be in a language you barely understand ... They're study books and I can still appreciate the artwork!! Geez, stop judging me!!!!

Skip Beat is my favourite, so that's why I bought them first. Then although I haven't read it, I bought Bokura Ga Ita because it's quite big at the moment (I think a film adaptation has just come out?) But I figured it would be quite good to try and translate a book that I haven't read yet, as I understand what's going on in the other books .... that's my reasoning anyways :P

The Magazine I bought mostly because it has the next episode of Skip Beat, but I also wanted to see what else was in it (just more chapters of other Manga) and because of this SEXY POSTER of Tsuraga Ren!

Check out that nippleless hunk! o(≧∇≦o)

Now it's time for: English People Talk About English Things!!!

The weather today was crazy!! I was walking towards Akihabara station and this gust of wind literally stopped everyone in their tracks! You couldn't move forwards for about 7 seconds (which is quite a long time for wind if you think about it!...  .... ....Teehee!
(>ω<))

I'll be doing a tour highlights soon with recommendations for my favourite places around Japan and my best pictures!

Hope you enjoyed this blog post! I actually made myself laugh while I was typing it (loneliness does some crazy things to you!!)

CIAO!
